In 1985, Rudy Adame Sr., a former production manager of a nationwide nursery made a calculated decision to pursue a dream in following his heart to become the founder of this family owned and operated business.    

Over the last 25 plus years his decision has impacted many people in the example he has set of a true American dream that has become a great success story. 

With the combination of knowledge, moral values and determination we have quickly excelled and prospered in the landscape industry to become a corporation now capable of competitively performing any public works, commercial, municipal, and special custom residence project in Southern California while maintaining the personal touch and quality of a family owned establishment.  

"A man's reputation is worth more than pure gold." has been our motto for the last several years but has been our basic principle and core value since our first day of business. 

With 8 construction crews working out of the Murrieta California construction facility and 40 maintenance crews working out of the 10 acre Winchester California maintenance yard, we feel that no job is too big or small for us to uphold our values and reputation.

Adame Landscape, Inc. employs 3 AutoCAD designers and construction estimators, 2 maintenance estimators, 5 maintenance area managers, 2 maintenance operation managers, 7 office administrators, 5 full time mechanics and over 190 other field members as part of our big family. 

It is humbling to think that over 25 years ago this company was started with literally a pair of grass sheers as a part time venture and is now a multi-million dollar corporation with an elaborate fleet that can handle almost any challenge set before us. 

Now managing over 1300 acres of existing landscape and 50 million in completed construction projects throughout Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties, the Adame Team's hard work, experience and dedication has led to a true success story.
